Return and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns（退货条件）

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your beauty device, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and protective films).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened devices cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items（不可退换商品）

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, tested, or come in contact with skin.

  • Items without original packaging or missing parts/accessories.

  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers.

  • Customized or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”.

3. Defective or Damaged Products（质量或损坏问题）

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will:

  • Offer a free replacement or full refund after inspection.

  • Request photo or video proof of the issue for verification.

  • Cover all related shipping costs in such cases.

4. Return Process（退货流程）

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Pack the product securely and send it back with a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Refunds（退款）

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors.

6. Exchange（换货）

If you wish to exchange for a different model or color, please contact us before returning the product. We’ll confirm stock availability and guide you through the process.
